Europe’s top dog-friendly camp site
Superb. We found La Tournerie via an article in The Times a few years ago and this year spent another glorious August fortnight here in the company of Russ, Jane, Alex and Jacob and camper friends from previous visits. It’s a lovely place, tranquil and beautifully situated with miles of forest walks. It’s ideal for dog owners with several fenced dog pitches as well as normal pitches for caravans or motorhomes. Can’t think of anywhere we’ve been in Europe that’s better than this if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday in a beautiful area with excellent facilities. There’s no pool so it’s also great for fatties…
